Key Responsibilities (Dual role)
Electrical & General Maintenance
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on kitchen equipment such as noodle boilers, refrigerators, freezers, cookers, and dishwashers.
Carry out electrical work including wiring, installation of switches, sockets, lighting, and fault rectification.
Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce equipment breakdowns and operational downtime.
Respond to breakdowns, repair needs, and emergency requests across company outlets.
Handle general repair work including painting, wall patching, doors, locks, fixtures, and minor plumbing.
Perform basic air-conditioning maintenance, including cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and troubleshooting faults.
Maintain proper documentation of repairs, faults, and system issues.
Assist with relocation of furniture and equipment when required.
Driving & Logistics
Operate company vehicles safely to transport staff, goods, tools, and spare parts.
Ensure vehicles are clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained.
Procure and collect spare parts in a timely manner.
Adhere to all traffic regulations and company driving policies.
Deliver goods between the central kitchen and restaurant outlets.
Requirements
Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence (mandatory).
Licensed Electrician (LE) certification preferred (subject to EMA requirements).
Hands-on experience with electrical systems, kitchen equipment, and air-conditioning systems.
Physically fit and able to lift heavy items, work at heights, and operate in confined spaces.
Able to work independently, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Willing to take on additional duties as assigned by Management.
