Maintenance Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager(Construction) to oversee and coordinate all aspects of maintenance and repair operations across our construction sites and facilities and that provide new opportunities to the company.

The ideal candidate will require a proven track record in managing teams, executing preventive and corrective maintenance plans, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Demonstrated success in managing construction maintenance projects
• Strong knowledge of mechanical & electrical (M&E) systems
• Able to balance both site and office responsibilities effectively
• Familiar with LTA, PUB, or similar project frameworks preferred
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various site locations as needed
