Job Descriptions:
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on diesel and gasoline engines used in construction and excavation machinery.
- Diagnose and repair issues with construction machinery, including loaders, bulldozers, excavators, and cranes. Ensure that all equipment complies with safety standards.
- Conduct thorough inspections of machinery to identify faults or potential issues. Use diagnostic tools and techniques to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
- Implement and adhere to scheduled preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing maintenance and repairs. Ensure that all equipment is operated and maintained safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Formal training or certification in mechanics, automotive technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a mechanic, with hands-on experience in engine repair, cranes and excavator operation, and construction equipment maintenance.
- Must be very familiar with XCMG machines.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin to coordinate with team members and suppliers.
