General Summary

• Responsible for line equipment sustenance to support production output, scraps and quality.
• Maintain and upkeep production equipment to achieve minimum downtime, high operating efficiency and productivity.
• Include equipment repair and trouble-shooting, set-up, buy-off, type conversion, fine-tuning and optimization, modification and enhancement, equipment and tools calibration, and preventive maintenance.
• Support department and company objectives
  
  

Education/Experience Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent Technical Certificate.
• 3 years of relevant technical experience.
• Experienced with computer systems and proficient with software applications such as MS Power Point, Excel and Word.
  
  

Skills, Abilities & Knowledge

• Execute tasks according to instructions with minimum guidance.
• Acquire good troubleshooting knowledge and skills, and able to achieve consistent performance on equipment repair, type conversion and PM.
• Level 2 equipment troubleshooting skills on at least 1 main equipment type.
• Able to multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines.
