Job Responsibilities
- Plan the system roadmap, identify enhancement opportunities, and initiate new system/solution projects.
- Lead the definition of business requirements and develop functional specifications review technical specifications.
- Drive the creation of business cases for projects and oversee project budget management.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and end users provide technical and functional consultancy.
- Manage the implementation of system projects, ensuring timely and successful deployment.
- Oversee vendor selection processes and manage vendor performance to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Coordinate solution development, release management, change request control, and documentation.
- Facilitate alignment between business/user requirements and technical implementation.
- Ensure thorough planning for support and operations, facilitating smooth transitions to Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure solutioning and project management.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is an advantage.
- Experience in the deployment and testing of endpoints, Office 365 services, Active Directory, SharePoint, SaaS, PaaS, Azure, AWS, etc.
