Solution Engineer (M365)
Remote in Singapore
Key Responsibilities
- Architecture & Implementation: Lead the design, migration, and management of enterprise M365 solutions, focusing on core workloads like Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
- Security & Compliance: Implement and manage security policies using tools like Microsoft Purview and Defender to ensure a robust, zero-trust architecture.
- Technical Leadership: Provide expert-level support, automate tasks using PowerShell, and optimize the M365 platform for performance and user adoption.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 10+ years in IT infrastructure with at least 5 years focused on designing and implementing enterprise-scale M365 environments.
- Technical Skills: Deep hands-on expertise in the M365 suite (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, Intune). Proficiency in PowerShell scripting is essential.
- Certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-102) or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
