What You'll Be Doing

. Carry out routine inspection, servicing and preventive maintenance of M&E systems.

. Attend to building maintenance issues and perform basic troubleshooting and repair works.

. Handle electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning and other general building maintenance works.

. Monitor M&E equipment and report any faults or abnormalities.

. Respond to breakdowns and carry out corrective maintenance when required.

. Assist with testing and checking of building systems and equipment.

. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for servicing and repair works.

. Ensure maintenance works are completed safely and according to requirements.

. Maintain proper maintenance records, checklists and service reports.

. Support other facilities and maintenance duties when required.

What We're Looking For

. NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, Facilities Management or related technical field.

. Relevant experience in M&E, facilities or building maintenance would be an advantage.

. Candidates with hands-on technician experience are welcome to apply.

. Basic knowledge of electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing and building systems.

. Able to troubleshoot basic equipment and maintenance issues.

. Hands-on, responsible and able to work independently as well as within a team.

. Comfortable with shift work / standby duties if required.
