M&E Supervisor

Job Description & Requirements

1. To assist in verification of feasibilities of combined M&E services.

2. To familiarize with all construction drawing, particularly the M&E drawing.

3. To identify discrepancies on M&E drawing. To inform and advise project manager.

4. To assist in liaising closely with C&S engineer and architectural coordinator to ensure smooth progress of work at all time.

5. To supervise and check M&E subcontractor works to ensure compliances to requirements and specifications.

6. To supervise M&E service concealment work and arrange inspection with RE/RTO for M&E service concealment work in the slab, column and wall before casting.

7. To arrange inspection with RE/RTO for M&E service first fix, second fix and final fix to witness M&E work is done and follow the approval drawing.

8. To assist in ensuring project is executed according to specification and schedule.

9. To assist in identifying defect and non-conforming processes works and assist in ensuring corrective action are taken readily. To eliminate non-conformities to an acceptable/tolerable level.

10. To take part in M&E/Progress meeting when required.

11. To Assist in planning, coordinating with all relevant subcontractor for the successful execution of T&C and M&E R.I.
