M&E Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate M&E works (Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection) on site
• Ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and schedule
• Liaise with main contractor, consultants, and subcontractors
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks
• Ensure compliance with WSH and safety regulations
• Monitor progress, manpower, and materials
• Attend site meetings and prepare reports
• Purchase consumables and other materials required for site work

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITE / Nitec / Higher Nitec in Electrical/electronics/mechanical engineering
• Possess workplace safety and health management in construction supervisor course
• Must hold BCSS certification
• Possess Class 3/3A driving license - Singapore
• Minimum 4 to 8 years of experience as M&E Supervisor in Singapore
• Experience in M&E Sub-contract Engineering works(Fire protection, Electrical & Plumbing)
• Must be team player and have the ability to interact effectively with all levels of workers and management.
• Ability to read M&E drawings
• Knowledge of local codes and authority requirements (BCA, PUB, SCDF)
• Experience in testing & commissioning
