M&E Site Coordinator

• Support Site QS in preparing progress claims and variation works.
• Review and coordinate structural, architectural, and M&E drawings.
• Ensure subcontractors receive updated drawings and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor M&E subcontractor progress and prevent work delays.
• Coordinate structural penetration drawings and cast-in item requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Preferably 3 years experience in M&E coordination or supervision.
• Strong knowledge of M&E, structural, and architectural works.
