- Support Site QS in preparing progress claims and variation works.
- Review and coordinate structural, architectural, and M&E drawings.
- Ensure subcontractors receive updated drawings and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor M&E subcontractor progress and prevent work delays.
- Coordinate structural penetration drawings and cast-in item requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Preferably 3 years experience in M&E coordination or supervision.
- Strong knowledge of M&E, structural, and architectural works.
