M&E Senior Engineer, Project Management #ESY

. Execute the projectmanagement duties and ensure all key milestones are met within the schedule.

. Generate the master projectschedule and monitor project executions milestones.

. Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to carry out the implementation works of theproject.

. Monitor respectivefunctions responsibilities and ensure project milestones are on track

. Coordinate and Lead theFactory Acceptance Test with customers and distributors.

. Ensure all documentationsare agreed and endorsed for delivery.

. Schedule and coordinatethe on-site testing and ensured smooth transition to the aftermarket team.

. To provide the firstlevel technical support during project execution.

. Work with engineeringteam on project feasibility studies and assist Industrial Solution team to generateproject cost estimation in term of project management activities.

. Submit a monthly reporton the project status to highlight key issue or concern relating to the projectdelivery and milestones.

. Provide engineeringsupport on 3rd party product and drawings for submittals purpose.

. Participate in continuous improvement project.

. Work with interplant associates on deliveries,factory tests and project documentation.

. Work closely with scheduler, customer service teamand the production team, update projects status in weekly project meeting.

. Attend weekly site meeting with the main con and consultant if required.

. Manage site installations work and ensurecompletion within stipulated timeline.

. Coordinate and work with sub-contractors on site installations work, drawings, and materials submittals.

Qualifications/ Requirements

. Degreein Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 2 - 3 years of relevant experienceor

. Diplomain Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
