Job Description & Requirements
- Monitor contractors daily activity, site progress, schedule and safety on site
- Carry out administrative works and other duties as required by QP/Superintending Officer/Consultant/Employer
- Review and check all the M&E drawings, specifications, and to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the approved plans/drawings.
- Must familiar with Singapore code of practice (COP), regulations and statutory requirements.
- Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and non-conformances/irregularities to QP/Consultants/Employer.
- Assist in reviewing of contractor's method statements and working procedures and assure contractor followed on site.
- Prepare lists of defects, monitor the progress of rectification works and ensure all the defects are satisfactorily rectified.
- To ensure all the construction works have complied statutory requirements
- Must have M&E RTO certificate accredited by IES / ACE
