Qualification:
- Possess a Diploma from a Polytechnic or BCA Academy or relevant qualifications.
- Possess a certificate in Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) Course.
- Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institute of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers.
Experience:
- Minimum five (5) years relevant site experience in the supervision of building M&E Services.
- Minimum ten (10) years of relevant experience as a RTO, of which at least five (5) years shall be in site management of works in local large-scale M&E building and infrastructure works.
Requirements:
- Conversant in contract administration with Public Service Sector Conditions of Contract, conversant with statutory requirements, site management, quality control procedures, systems testing & commissioning and submission of progress reports.
- Conversant in M&E design, specifications, site installation, services coordination, code of practice, Authority inspection and handing over.
- Must be willing to do overtime or shift work.
