Possess a Diploma from a Polytechnic or BCA Academy or relevant qualifications.
Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institute of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers.
Possess a certificate in Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) Course.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years relevant site experience in the supervision of building M&E Services.
Minimum ten (10) years of relevant experience as a RTO, of which at least five (5) years shall be in site management of works in Residential projects and infrastructure works.
Requirements:
Conversant in contract administration with Public Service Sector Conditions of Contract, conversant with statutory requirements, site management, quality control procedures, systems testing & commissioning and submission of progress reports.
Conversant in M&E design, specifications, site installation, services coordination, code of practice, Authority inspection and handing over.
