Job Responsibilities
- Interpret construction drawings, identify design conflicts, and coordinate with design teams for resolution.
- Ensure compliance with SCDF, PUB, NEA codes support regulatory submissions, FSC, and TOP processes.
- Supervise installation of HVAC, fire protection, piping, electrical, and control systems, ensuring quality and conformance.
- Manage site records, NCRs, rectifications, and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
- Support SAT, TAB, functional testing, and validation activities (DQ/IQ/OQ) where required.
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline, or its equivalent.
- At least 5 years of site supervision experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or GMP projects.
- Strong knowledge of SCDF, PUB, NEA submissions, FSC/TOP processes, and M&E system testing.
- Experience in process piping, high-voltage systems, BMS, GMP validation support, or BIM/Clash checking is an advantage.
