Key Responsibilities
- Lead, plan, and manage Electrical/Mechanical/ M&E construction projects.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring works meet technical, quality, and safety requirements.
- Prepare project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and contractual obligations.
- Manage project handover, documentation, and final accounts.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).
- At least 5 years of relevant project management experience in Electrical/Mechanical/M&E construction projects.
- Proven track record in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Singapore's construction regulations and authority submissions.
- PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
