Job Summary
Oversee the planning, design, installation, and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction projects, ensuring compliance with codes, budgets, and timelines from design through commissioning and handover.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and design of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to meet project specifications and regulatory codes
- Manage installation processes of MEP systems to ensure adherence to project budgets and timelines
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and subcontractors to deliver integrated construction solutions
- Oversee project management activities including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control for MEP systems
- Conduct design management to align engineering plans with client requirements and construction standards
- Supervise construction management tasks to ensure safe and efficient execution of MEP installations
- Complete projects from initial design stage through testing, commissioning, and final handover for hotel, residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
