This role involves both project coordination and technical drafting to support our projects from planning to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate M&E activities, working closely with clients, contractors, and local authorities to handle submissions and secure approvals.
- Monitor construction processes on-site to ensure adherence to relevant standards, codes, and safety protocols.
- Prepare, revise, and review M&E drawings in AutoCAD, with Revit MEP/BIM proficiency considered a plus.
- Conduct inspections on M&E systems, including Fire Sprinkler, Fire Suppression, and Fire Alarm installations.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and consultants to ensure the designs meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of drawings, manage revisions, and generate as-built and submission documents.
- Assist with site measurements, verify the completion of works, and support additional project tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Higher NITEC/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Previous experience in Architecture, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering is an advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD experience with Revit MEP or other BIM software is beneficial.
