M&E Project Engineer

• Main Contractor
• Up to $7,000 (depending on experience)
• Building projects experience
• Multiple positions available

Responsibilities:

• Supervise site installation of M&E systems according to approved drawings and technical specifications.
• Monitor progress and quality of M&E works to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractor, and subcontractors for design clarifications and site issues.
• Conduct inspections and testing of mechanical and electrical systems (T&C).
• Support the project manager in M&E planning, procurement, and reporting.
• Manage progress claims, variation orders, and documentation related to M&E works.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of M&E project/site experience.
• Good knowledge of local codes and safety practices.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
