Job Description & Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact, attend meetings with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders to communicate project status and align on objectives.
- Represent the project team in site progress meetings and ensuring action items are followed up.
- Liaise with consultants to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Support the development and implementation of project-specific M&E frameworks and plans.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to coordinate site inspections and work progress
- Manage daily manpower movement and deployment.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager to determine the quantity and specifications of materials required for project.
- Monitor overall site progress and development.
Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, with a strong emphasis on M&E, logistics, and stakeholder management.
- Experience in coordinating with multiple parties (e.g., consultants, contractors, community stakeholders).
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task under pressure.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
