Serve as a primary point of contact, attend meetings with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders to communicate project status and align on objectives.
Represent the project team in site progress meetings and ensuring action items are followed up.
Liaise with consultants to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
Support the development and implementation of project-specific M&E frameworks and plans.
Work closely with the Project Manager to coordinate site inspections and work progress
Manage daily manpower movement and deployment.
Coordinate with the Project Manager to determine the quantity and specifications of materials required for project.
Monitor overall site progress and development.
Requirement:
Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, with a strong emphasis on M&E, logistics, and stakeholder management.
Experience in coordinating with multiple parties (e.g., consultants, contractors, community stakeholders).
Proficiency in MS Office.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task under pressure.
