Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all mechanical and electrical (M&E) works on site
  • Review technical drawings and specifications, identifying discrepancies and reporting them to the Project Manager
  • Maintain and monitor all M&E-related documentation and records
  • Coordinate shop drawings and ensure alignment with project requirements
  • Supervise and manage M&E sub-contractors to ensure timely and accurate execution of work in accordance with contract drawings and specifications
  • Liaise with relevant authorities, clients, and sub-contractors on matters related to shop drawings, equipment submissions, inspections, testing, and commissioning
  • Organize and lead M&E coordination meetings to align all parties involved
  • Update and report on M&E progress, issues, and developments to the Project Manager
  • Collaborate effectively with site teams to ensure smooth workflow and project execution
  • Negotiate and seek approval for any M&E-related changes while ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards & other ad-hoc duties as assigned
