Job Scope :
- Oversee overall M&E project management and act as the main point of contact between clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate closely with stakeholders to ensure project timelines, specifications, and requirements are met.
- Provide technical guidance to ensure M&E installations comply with regulatory requirements, authorities standards, and contract specifications.
- Develop, implement, and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
- Prepare and manage the M&E master schedule, including identifying critical milestones and authority inspections.
- Monitor project progress, performance, and deliverables to ensure alignment with the project plan.
- Identify project risks and issues, implement solutions, and escalate matters when necessary.
- Ensure projects are delivered within the approved budget and timeline.
- Prepare and present project status reports to Management.
- Support tender exercises, including reviewing technical requirements and project scope.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
