M&E MANAGER

. Plan, organize and carried out M&E project management activities to ensure that assigned projects are executed in a smooth and effective manner to achieve and exceed the cost, quality, timeliness and customer satisfaction objectives

. Ensure that safety procedures are incorporated in all M&E Project management activities and takes initiatives to promote a safety working culture

. Ensure M&E shop drawings are completed and submissions to the authorities are carried out in a timely manner with drafting department.

. Ensure that all project documentation are maintained effectively including email communication

. Overseeing and coordinating electrical activities within the organization, including the installation, modification, and maintenance of plant equipment and systems

. Provide orientation and ensure staff receive the required training

. Provide regular feedback on staff and team performance

. Conduct performance appraisals regularly and in a timely manner

. Train and guide staff
