Job Summary
Support the Project Manager by supervising and coordinating M&E services to ensure timely project completion, quality standards, and safety compliance while collaborating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate M&E services to ensure project milestones are met within the programme timeline
- Collaborate with clients and consultants to resolve technical issues and align project requirements
- Coordinate detailed M&E work with specialist contractors to ensure seamless integration and execution
- Participate actively in progress, site, and MEP meetings to track project status and address challenges
- Enforce compliance with relevant standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations on site
- Monitor and ensure the quality of M&E works meets project specifications and safety standards
- Liaise with statutory authorities to obtain necessary approvals and ensure regulatory compliance
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support project objectives
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Main Contractor roles involving M&E works
- Strong knowledge and proactive attitude towards workplace safety
- Ability to liaise effectively with statutory authorities
- WSQ Manage Workplace Safety and Health in Construction Sites certification (mandatory)
- WSQ Manage Work At Height certification (mandatory)
