Job Description

  • Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in Civil construction projects with Main Contractor involving M&E works
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for M&E management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to liaise with statutory authorities
  • Oversee project execution,all aspects of M&E works.
  • Work closely with the clients, consultants and sub contractors on technical matters.
  • Manage M&E subcontractors submission of method of statements,drawings,materials,samples.
  • Coordinate with BIM team.
  • Attend MEP meetings.
  • Review M&E tender documents and contract requirements including proposal for value engineering
