Prepare M&E works schedule based on the project master schedule
To plan M&E works, site inspections, monitoring of progress of work, variation order and certification of work done for all assigned projects
To monitoring of site to ensure that all M&E works of the project team and sub-contractors are in compliance to the Company's and authorities requirements
Review M&E drawings and other materials prepare by the M&E Engineers and Coordinators to ensure that there are no discrepancies and/or conflicts with the architectural and structural elements
Review reports and other documentation prepared by the M&E Engineers and Coordinators including for the Consultant Progress and Technical Meetings
Facilitate interactions between clients, consultants, sub-contractors and project team to ensure smooth delivery of work including resolution of design and construction issues
Plan and oversee testing of M&E systems
Review M&E procurement specifications and oversee procurement schedule and provide advice on all M&E related matters
Support the Tender Department in the design and development of M&E services
Requirements
Recognised Degree in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Min. of 10 years relevant experience in the Construction Industry
Candidates with more experience will be considered for a Senior role, while those with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Manager position.
Good working knowledge of M&E design and implementation /regulations and statutory requirements in the Construction Industry
