Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the M&E site team, including engineers, coordinators, and supervisors, to ensure smooth execution of all M&E works.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and vendors on shop drawings, RFIs, technical submissions, and method statements.
- Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and authority requirements (SCDF, BCA, PUB, EMA, NEA, LTA).
- Plan and manage manpower, work schedules, and sequencing to meet project milestones and avoid clashes with other trades.
- Oversee Testing & Commissioning (T&C), including integrated system testing, and resolve technical/site issues promptly.
- Maintain project documentation and manage handover activities, including O&M manuals, client training, defect rectification, and TOP/CSC readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering preference for experience with A1 construction companies.
- Proven experience leading M&E teams on large-scale building projects.
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems, site safety regulations, and authority requirements.
- Skilled in coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
- Proficient in project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and QA/QC processes.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills, with ability to manage T&C and project handovers.
