Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the M&E site team to ensure smooth execution of all M&E works.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and vendors on drawings, submissions, RFIs, and method statements.
- Ensure all M&E installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and authority requirements.
- Monitor site progress, quality, and workmanship resolve technical and site issues promptly.
- Plan and manage M&E schedules, manpower, and sequencing to meet project milestones.
- Lead Testing & Commissioning, handover activities, and TOP/CSC readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience managing end-to-end construction projects, particularly M&E works.
- Strong knowledge of local authority requirements and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
- Hands-on leader with solid problem-solving and site management skills.
- Comfortable being based on-site at least 50% of the time.
