M&E Manager (A1 Main Contractor)

Responsibilities:
. Lead and manage the M&E site team to ensure effective planning and execution of works.
. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and vendors on technical submissions, shop drawings, RFIs and method statements.
. Represent M&E in project, technical, safety, and coordination meetings.
. Ensure M&E works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and statutory authority requirements.
. Monitor site progress, quality, and workmanship resolve technical and site issues promptly.
. Plan schedules, manpower, and sequencing to meet project milestones and avoid trade clashes.
. Review subcontractor progress, claims, variations, and material approvals.
. Lead Testing & Commissioning including integrated system testing.
. Enforce WSH, RA, SWP, and permit-to-work compliance on site.
. Manage documentation, handover, O&M manuals, client training, and TOP/CSC readiness.

Requirements:
. Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering discipline
. At least 5 years of M&E site management experience preferred
. Strong project management & coordination skills
. Technical knowledge (M&E system and data tools)
. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
. Problem-solving & analytical abilities
