M&E / Facilities Assistant Manager (12 Months Contract) #NKC

Plan, supervise, and maintain M&E systems and building services, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Manage maintenance contracts, vendors, and term contractors for routine and ad-hoc works.

Oversee defect management, testing, commissioning, and tenant fit-out requirements.

Prepare budgets for operating and capital expenditures, and monitor equipment performance.

Lead a team of engineering executives and technicians, and implement energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.

Ensure timely renewal of government licences and attend to tenant requests and feedback.
