Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise and oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems and components
- Work closely with project teams to develop and implement electrical solutions aligned with project requirements and safety standards
- Review electrical drawings, specifications, and work plans to identify and address potential issues
- Conduct site inspections and supervise electrical contractors to ensure quality and regulatory compliance
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults and issues during construction
- Prepare electrical reports, documentation, and other project deliverables
- Keep updated on electrical engineering codes, regulations, and industry best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or an equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of experience as a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer within the construction industry
- Solid technical expertise in electrical systems, components, and installation practices
- Good understanding of relevant electrical engineering codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with project stakeholders
- Skilled in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics
