M&E Engineer

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a M&E Engineer:

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in project meetings and propose improvements when necessary.
• Evaluate potential problems and technical issues, and develop effective solutions.
• Plan and manage team goals, project schedules, and updated project information.
• Supervise ongoing projects and coordinate team members to ensure workflow remains on track.
• Manage project-related documentation and ensure all necessary materials are updated, properly filed, and stored.
• Assist in negotiation of subcontractor packages and preparation of subcontractor/supplier agreement letters.
• Coordinate site workflow and resolve site-related issues.
• Prepare and review project proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and emails.
• Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Monitor project expenses and implement cost-saving measures to adhere to budget.
• Understand work sequences and project planning strategies.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong technical knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems and services.
• Good understanding of local codes, regulations, and statutory requirements relating to M&E services, building construction, and workplace safety.
• Excellent time management skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Candidates must have M&E experience.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 4,500 + VB (1 - 3 Months)
• Working Location: Jurong East
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm)
