M&E Engineer

Job Responsibilities

. Coordinate and oversee M&E works for construction projects.

. Review M&E drawings, specifications and project requirements.

. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

. Monitor M&E installation progress and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.

. Conduct site inspections and follow up on technical issues and rectification works.

. Resolve site coordination and technical issues with relevant parties.

. Attend site meetings and provide updates on M&E progress.

. Coordinate testing, commissioning and handover of M&E systems.

. Ensure M&E works comply with project requirements, quality standards and relevant regulations.

Job Requirements

. Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.

. Minimum 1 year of relevant M&E engineering experience.

. Experience with A&A (Addition & Alteration) projects will be an advantage.

. Relevant M&E experience with a Main Contractor is preferred.

. Good knowledge of M&E systems, site coordination and construction processes.

. Good communication and coordination skills.
