Responsibilities
- Coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, P&S design and installation.
- Ensure all works are carry out accordingly to drawings, specification, and compliance to authorities requirements.
- Site coordination and manage M&E personnel on work progress, drawings, material, samples, method statement submission and approval, to ensure quality and timely completion.
- Manage and Coordinate SWC.
- Preparation of CSD & SEM or CCSM drawings
- Monitoring of construction installation, field coordination and provide necessary problem solving.
- Carry out testing requirement, inspection with consultants.
- Conduct T&C and Handover to Client.
- Proper documentation of all test report, equipment records and As-built drawings.
- Supervision of workers and sub-contractor to ensure safety and compliance of work on site.
- Adhere to construction procedures and safe work practices and ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of engineering experience with Recognized Degree in relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of supervision experience of E&M work in construction site for projects of similar scale and complexity.
