M&E Engineer

Job Summary

Support the construction team by overseeing and inspecting M&E engineering works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and project requirements. Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to drive project progress and operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Execute M&E engineering works to meet project standards and support construction team objectives
• Oversee M&E works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specified materials, and method statements
• Conduct detailed inspections of all M&E systems to verify quality and adherence to technical specifications
• Plan and monitor contractor M&E works to ensure alignment with project timelines and requirements
• Liaise effectively with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to coordinate M&E work progress and resolve operational issues
• Assist with additional operational tasks as assigned to support timely project delivery

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E building services

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of AutoCAD to support design review and coordination
