M&E Engineer

• Planning and coordination of M&E works to meet project timelines
• Oversee and ensure works is carried out in accordance with the approved drawings, materials and method statements
• Preparing documents associated with construction and project management
• Coordinate and work closely with client, sub-contractors and project team to resolve all M&E drawings, site discrepancies and technical issues
• Coordinating client, trade and consultant site visits and meetings
• Maintaining safety postings, safety meeting minutes and safety log sheets
• Manage various projects and ensure completion within deadline by attending to every detail of assigned projects and
• Other duties consistent with the position as reasonably determined by the person to whom you provide assistance.

Requirements:

• Recognised university degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Proficient in Microsoft office, Autocad, and BIM
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills
• Able to work under pressure.
• Experience in a construction environment is an asset. R&R and A&A project.
