M&E Engineer ( MRT Project )

Job Description:

• Ensure project objectives are met within scope, time, cost, and quality constraints

• Interpret technical designs and drawings for on-site construction

• Ensure project compliance with regulations and client specifications

• Coordinate M&E services and prepare CSD/SEM drawings for submission

• Coordinate the integration of Civil, Architectural, and M&E works on site with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

• Plan, develop, and monitor work schedules to ensure timely completion of allocated tasks

• Prepare progress reports to clients and the project manager, covering delays, defects, and rectification measures for M&E works

• Provide technical advice and resolve M&E technical issues

• Report on M&E works progress and arrange site inspections with system-wide contractors, subcontractors, and clerks-of-works

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
