M&E Engineer

M&E Engineer is responsible for :-

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Attend meetings with client, consultants & subcontractor to ensure that all project requirements are compiled and executed accordingly

- Able to interpret drawing and identify discrepancies

- Planning, scheduling, monitoring, controlling and coordination of all M&E services

- To lead a team of supervisors/ electricians/ technicians to carry out their works accurately and timely to ensure that works on site are carried out according to approved drawing

- Track project status to ensure delivery is on track and provide regular project updates

- Good knowledge and experienced in building related works such as civil engineering, structural, architectural, building repair, carpentry, partition, renovation will be an added advantage

REQUIREMENTS:

- Candidate must either possess at least a locally recognized nitec/ higher nitec /diploma/ bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering with strong knowledge on electrical installation or Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or equivalent.

- Positive attitude and able to handle projects independently

- Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task

- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

- Class 3/3A or Class 2,2A,2B license (Possess own transport)

- Must be self-driven & motivated to perform and deliver service excellence
