Review, coordinate and generate subcontractor's M&E shop drawings as and when necessary.
Liaise, coordinate and manage all M&E services with other trades on-site.
Arrange for testing and commissioning of M&E systems, including the handover of all replacement parts, warranties, operating manuals, maintenance tools and equipment.
Contract administration of M&E sub-contractors.
Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets for M&E-related work.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
Able to produce M&E Coordination Drawing using AutoCAD
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-funtional teams
