DRAFTER

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings
• Use CAD/BIM software such as AutoCAD and Revit to produce high-quality documentation
• Interpret design concepts from architects and translate them into technical drawings
• Revise drawings based on feedback, design changes, and site requirements
• Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes and regulations
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings
• Assist in 3D modeling and presentation materials when required
• Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings and construction detailing
• Good knowledge of building codes and standards
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
