M&E Engineer

Job Description:

. Control the progress of RFA, RFI, Shop Drawings, Technical Submissions and Equipment/Material Procurement/Fabrication/Delivery Status for on-time completion.

. Coordinate with client's representatives, consultants, and subcontractors on all technical matters, including submission of method statement, drawings, materials, samples and work progress

. Control site progress & installation quality as per approved Shop Drawings, Technical Submissions and Equipment/Material Procurement/Fabrication/Delivery Schedule for on-time completion.

. Carry out inspection of MEP works prior to concreting or subsequent construction works

. Assist in supervising and coordinating MEP services work closely with other departments

. Assist for submission of evaluation of progress claim, variation work to M&E Manager

. Participate in all relevant project review meetings, site meetings, design meetings, and other project relevant meetings

Requirements:

. Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

. Minimum 3 years work experience related projects in Singapore building and construction industry

. Electrical/Mechanical Engineering experience in HDB/LTA/MOE project is required

. Possess strong Electrical/Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experiences

. Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate with site teams to execute work
