M&E Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

. To prepare M&E works schedule based on the project master schedule

. To monitor the shop drawings and material submission

. To check & verified that M&E drawing is compliant to authorities requirements

. To check M&E drawings and highlight if there are discrepancies and/or conflicts with the architectural and structural elements

. To prepare progress report

. To coordinate between sub-contractors and project team to ensure smooth delivery of work including resolution of design and construction issues

. To monitor the installation work as per coordinated

. Responsible in conduct inspection &/or testing of building works and documented inspection records upon verification by RE/RTO

. Follow up on necessary rectification work &other follow up tasks.

. To monitor all sub-contractor to provide drawing as per coordinated

. To guide M&E supervisor on site work as per coordinated.

Requirements:

. Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

. 2 years of relevant working experience in the Construction industry.
