Coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, P&S design and installation.
Ensure all works are carry out accordingly to drawings, specification, and compliance to authorities requirements.
Site coordination and manage M&E personnel on work progress, drawings, material, samples, method statement submission and approval, to ensure quality and timely completion.
Manage and Coordinate SWC.
Preparation of CSD & SEM or CCSM drawings
Monitoring of construction installation, field coordination and provide necessary problem solving.
Carry out testing requirement, inspection with consultants.
Conduct T&C and Handover to Client.
Proper documentation of all test report, equipment records and As-built drawings.
Supervision of workers and sub-contractor to ensure safety and compliance of work on site.
Adhere to construction procedures and safe work practices and ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of engineering experience with Recognized Degree in relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of supervision experience of E&M work in construction site for projects of similar scale and complexity.
