Responsibilities:
- Manage M&E work scheduling from shop drawings to final handover.
- Coordinate with M&E services and other site trades.
- Support implementation and monitoring of construction management plans.
- Supervise and inspect subcontractors M&E works.
- Ensure compliance with M&E specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain good relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Assist Project Manager in coordinating civil, structural, and M&E works.
- Liaise with subcontractors to ensure smooth progress and minimal defects.
- Prepare and submit shop drawings, materials, and MSRA for approval.
- Ensure works are carried out according to contract and drawings.
- Conduct inspections, testing, mock-ups, and trade demonstrations.
- Verify variation orders (VO) and prepare back charges.
- Ensure compliance with TOP checklist and M&E requirements.
- Maintain a safe working environment on site.
- Prepare Combined Services Drawings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in M&E recognized by PEB.
- At least 3 years of experience managing M&E works of similar scope.
- Relevant certifications in structural and M&E (e.g., NCCS, BCSS, safety, lifting).
- Strong knowledge of M&E specifications and authority requirements (e.g., BCA, SCDF)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD / MicroStation.
