Providing calculation (Electrical Services) and development of concept, space planning, strategies, designs, drawings, specifications, and reports for the projects.
Preparation of design drawings for Building Services System
Attend meeting representing M&E Services and manage M&E projects assigned.
Involve in project planning, management and supervision including cost control and subcontract works to meet the time, cost, and quality objectives
Ensure projects meet authority standards and in accordance with Client's requirements.
Responsible for timely submission of reports and completion of projects including tender/submission with target dates
Assist LEW to carry out site inspections on LT and HT installations
Conduct Power System Studies and involved in the business development for this service.
To co-ordinate with other disciplines such as Architects, Interior Designer and Contractors for project execution.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Building Services Engineering. Min 2 years of relevant experience
