Support and coordinate all projects related to M&E, facilities and sustainability, including preparing tender specifications and cost estimate, managing defects after post renovation
Continuously trend, record, measure, analyses and monitor the energy and water usage for all the major building systems and end use in accordance to latest guidelines by Green Mark, BCA, NEA and other authorities or based on industry best practices.
Inform the Authority and its representatives immediately if problem cannot be resolved, and to recommend feasible solutions
Undertake any other related duties stipulated by the Authority
Job Requirements:
Relevant bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering or its equivalent, recognized by PEB or BOA.
Minimum 10 years relevant post-degree experience in related M&E fields or Facilities Management or its equivalent.
Process a valid Singapore certified Energy Manager certification or Green Mark Accredited Professional (Facilities Management) course or Green Mark Accredited Professional (Facilities Management) certification.
