Develop detailed plans, layouts, and specifications for mechanical systems in buildings.
Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated designs.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for proposed mechanical systems.
Oversee the installation, commissioning, and testing of ACMV, plumbing, water pipe, fire hydrant pipe and fire protection systems. Electrical systems shall includes LV/HV, transform switch bond, single line diagram and CCTV installation.
Monitor the construction progress to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
Resolve technical issues and provide on-site guidance to construction teams.
Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and safety standards in all mechanical design
REQUIREMENT:
Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, recognized by PE Board Singapore
Minimum 3 years work experience in electrical engineering related projects in Singapore building and construction industry
Possess strong Electrical knowledge with hands-on experiences
Strong Knowledge of M&E details, working drawings and local construction practices
