Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage M&E subcontractors to ensure timely and quality delivery of work within budget constraints
  • Coordinate M&E design and resolve technical issues collaboratively with consultants to maintain project progress
  • Supervise M&E installations including lighting, electrical, and ventilation systems within tunnel environments
  • Liaise with authorities to facilitate inspections and submit required documentation for regulatory compliance
  • Prepare and submit detailed work plans to relevant authorities to support project approvals
  • Organize and oversee the procurement and arrangement of M&E materials required on site
  • Participate in meetings with clients and consultants to align project objectives and address concerns

Required competencies and certifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (from Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Road, MRT, or Tunnel construction projects
  • Familiarity with road division operations and standards
  • Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills with the ability to work extended hours as needed
  • Availability to join on short notice
