M&E Engineer (Building Infrastructure) - West

Our client is a well-established engineering and construction company involved in large-scale infrastructure and building projects across Singapore. Due to their ongoing project expansion, they are looking for an M&E Engineer to support project coordination and execution. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate M&E works to ensure delivery within project scope, timeline, cost, and quality requirements.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications for on-site construction.
• Coordinate CSD/SEM drawings and M&E submissions to relevant authorities.
• Oversee integration of Civil, Architectural, and M&E works with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of M&E activities.
• Prepare progress reports and update stakeholders on delays, defects, and rectification works.
• Provide technical solutions for M&E issues and support site inspections with contractors and consultants.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in M&E coordination or building design engineering within construction projects.
